Apropos reference of
dated 11/08/2014 and your kind and athoratative attention is hereby invited to
the decision delivered by Hon’ble Secretary Posts in JCM meeting in item no.20
held on 27/11/2013. My union was expecting the decision of keeping a said order
held in abeyance to keep the sanctity of D G order but unfortunately nothing
tangible was heared from your end except acknowlodging our said letter. This causes
serious concern and recentment among the staff is increasing day by day in
Maharashtra Circle. My union is not against the development and prosperity of
our department but we have getting question mark about the implementation of a
said order why only in Maharashtra Circle.
Your are therefore
requested to kindly issue necessary instrucrions to all concerned and review a
said unwarranted order
A action taken may
kindly be intimated to my union for information at your earliest.
