Sub : Holding of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for filling the posts

         of Postman / Mail Guard for the  vacancies for   the year 2013 as per revised

          recruitment rules and revised syllabus.

            This is in continuation to this office letter of even No. dated 5/7.3.2014.  As stated in Para 5 of the said Notification, the vacancies in Postman cadre are revised based on the reports received from the R.O/Divn/Units regarding vacancies arised  due to death, promotion etc.  Revised vacancies for the year 2013 in Postman Cadre  are enclosed in Annexure.  There is no change in the vacancies in Mail Guard cadre. 

            The No. of vacancies relating to Relaxation quota and Sports quota are 14 and 13.  The action for filling up of these vacancies will be taken in due course. 

            All  are requested to declare the Revised vacancies to all concerned immediately.
