applicant union in membership verification process
under CCS (RSA) Rules 1993.

Respected Sir,
Your kind and authoritative attention is hereby invited to the above mentioned
Directorate communication in which it is clearly interpreted the applicant
service union in Annexure-III File No.13/01/2015-SR i.e. All India Postal
Employees Union Group C , National Association of Postal Employees, Group C,
Bharatiya Postal Employees Union, Group C & All India Postal Employees
Union ,Group C (United) . These four applicant Unions/Associations can be
participated in the recent membership verification process as per nomenclature
defined as above.
But it is brought to the attention of my union that some of the applicant
unions have used the unauthorized nomenclature of union which is highly
objectionable. My union is in opinion of the said authorization forms filled
other than prescribed nomenclature of applicant union should be treated as
invalid. My union wishes to quote the galore example about one applicant union
who has used the nomenclature as Bharatiya Postal Employees Association instead
of Bharatiya Postal Employees Union, Group C.
You are therefore requested to kindly take immediate steps and expedite this
issue at your earliest.
A line of reply about the action taken may kindly be intimated for the
information of my union.
