            A copy of general secretary AIPEU Gr ‘C’ CHQ New Delhi addressed to Secretary Department of Post under No.P/S-4/Seminar dated 29/04/2014 requesting for two days Special Casual Leave on 26^th & 27^th May 2014 to the officials who will attend the seminar to be held at New Delhi is enclosed.

            You are therefore requested to kindly issue suitable instructions to all the concern to grant eligible Special Casual Leave to Circle office bearers, Divisional Secretaries/Branch Secretaries and delegates who wish to attend the said seminar.
