Sub- Payment of Treasury Allowance-case of Buldana Division

Dear Comrade,

Cash handling allowance and Treasury allowance are separate allowances.cash handling allowance is to be paid to single and double handed SPM and Treasury allowance to treasurer PA. The orders for payment of Treasury allowance as per 6^th CPC are not found issued till this date. Some HO’s are not effecting payment for wants of clear orders. So we cannot press them.

You are therefore requested to kindly take up the issu with Directorate for clarifiacation on this subject.
